Highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic place - super authentic. From delicious foods, to a great wine selection, followed by a dreamy dessert - this place was great. Went with my boyfriend and would recommend this place to anyone!!! We had two pastas and tiramisu. Great food and at a great price.
Honestly it's a "Must-Go"!! -

update:
We went to this restaurant again while visiting Rome due to its close proximity to our Airbnb and was definitely disappointed compared to another meal that day.
The food was pretty good, but nothing incredible or notable. The service was great and they were very nice! -

I loved this restaurant I haven't stopped thinking about it since my first night in Rome. We walked in about 5 minutes after opening to the staff sitting down for dinner. They looked at us a little funny but seated us anyways, giving us time to look over the menu. We were overwhelmed with everything on the menu because it all sounded so good!
We ordered:
* bruschetta (5 out of 5 -- so delicious and so fresh with the most wonderfully toasted and still spongy bread)
* antipasto di mare (7 out of 5 -- this is what I've been dreaming of since that night over a week ago - WOW)
* bucatini with tomato and guanciale (4.5 out of 5 -- pasta was cooked so perfectly with great flavor from the guanciale)
* spaghetti alla vongole (4 out of 5 -- my boyfriend ordered this and really, really liked the flavor)
* house red wine (4 out of 5 -- nice and light, not sweet but fruity)
* mixed berry panna cotta (5 out of 5 -- flavors were complimentary and bursting)
* daily dessert - chocolate with ricotta and pine nuts, topped with fresh whipped cream (3.5 out of 5 -- it was good but not our favorite)
Service was fantastic. The wait staff are the older men and they don't need to write anything down. Our Italian is very limited and their English isn't the best but we got by! Overall, such a wonderful first Italian meal and one I will never forget. -

This was my second time eating pasta in Italy, and it was fantastic. I ordered the spaghetti alle vongole veraci, which is just a simple pasta with olive oil and clams. It was delicious! I can definitely tell a difference between olive oil in the USA and olive oil in Italy based on this dish. The olive oil is much brighter here!
My dad ordered a pizza, and it was really good. The crust was perfectly made. The char around the edges implied it was cooked in a wood-fired oven (cannot confirm or deny). The tomato sauce was light but tasty. Yum!
I would definitely recommend coming here again. Unfortunately we did not have time to return, and when we did visit, it was after midnight when they closed. The waiter spoke a bit of English, which was helpful, and English menus are available. Service was great, and timing of food was accurate. Enjoy! -

This was our first stop settling into our stay in Rome. The kindest service and the most delicious pizzas are here! We had an amazing experience while eating here and would recommend it again and again. Thank you for making me and my friends feel at home.
